    Manufacturing starts with an order and moves through production, quality inspection, inventory receipt, and shipment. HI-MES brings work, inspection, and inventory records together by lot and project, so you can trace when a product was made, which processes it went through, and the inspection results associated with its shipment.

    Connect Shop-Floor Data with Your Existing Systems

    HI-MES automatically collects data from equipment, inspection devices, barcode scanners, and other shop-floor devices. It can also pull order, item, and inventory information from your ERP system. This reduces duplicate data entry and manual transfers between systems. The collected data is linked in process sequence and reflected in production status as it is received.
